Training for Administrative Roles and Positions

This Work Instruction details the steps used to create new Moodle Training Courses.

Scope:   It is the responsibility of the Operations Supervisor or Manager to check for missing dockets each morning at 9am

Purpose:   To ensure items put into Production have docket date assigned to prevent the item from being produced on time.

Success:    No customer will call us asking where their order is- customer experience improvement

For the Purpose of creating new training courses in Moodle. The easiest way to keep consistency throughout the portal is to copy an existing course and then make changes to each section for the new course.


For the Purpose of accessing SCS SiteManager to work on customer's orders.
